The best customer service experience I have ever had. The service department was amazing. Even though I didn't buy my truck from them, they cared about my problem with it, moved fast to fix it, and they were very friendly.
This worse Dealship I ever experienced very rude disrespect and racial discrimination against black! I wouldn’t advise no one take their vehicle to them for service no experience at mechanic at all very unprofessional
Service department terrible.i took my truck in for 14k worth of repairs and was told to bring my own diesel on the initial start up.before I could make it 15 miles check engine light was right back on after repairs were made called and took the truck back.truck has been back 5 times issue still isn't solved.was told by several mechanics in the area and also other previous customers that I had made a big mistake taking my truck there.and the sad part is like the people there doesn't care about customer service!!
This place is a Sham!! If you knew what i know you wouldn't even think about trying to do business with this dealership, they are crooked, if it would allow me to give a zero star i would. Want to just say what this lame dealership did. I put a deposit down on a used but fairly new vehicle, which was almost five grand and decided i did not want the vehicle because the salesperson Paula kept hee-hawing around regarding information about the vehicle and failed to mention that the car for it to be fairly new, it already had two... read more
