their error cost me $$$ I liked Dr Lee, she seemed nice and I didnt have to wait, but the clinic sent my lab work to the wrong lab, despite the correct lab sticker in my chart, and me verbally telling every person I dealt with, from the receptionist to the MD, to the medical assistant. As a result, I was billed. When I contacted the clinic's billing department, they told me they would take care of this, but they never did, so I got stuck paying for labs that should have been covered.
