This may be the worst experience I have ever had at any kind of jewelry store. I brought in a diamond looking for an engagement setting and a wedding band with a nice budget. I found exactly what I wanted in gold but need it in platinum. Only change was the metal. It took over a month to get a quote, and that was me calling to get updates every week. We first looked at Rolex watches, tried on the ones I was interested in, and learned all the features and functions of these high quality watches.
