Called for an estimate on a home build. Was told that they don't build anything less than 650,000. Also was told "Good luck finding anyone to build for less than $275-350 a square foot." Not impressed with the call or person we talked with.
Mike Knight came out to walk the property for a new RV garage and shop. All he could talk about was how building materials had gone up in price and doom and gloom. After we walked the site he said he would put a cost estimate together. This project should be in the neighborhood of 110-140K. After he left the property I heard nothing from him.
