After 6 months never got to see the doctor. Staff is unfriendly, not helpful, and unaccommodating. Process to become new patient is arduous at best.
i’m very happy with my care with Dr Metchick and NP Kelly Ferrara. I feel we’ll take. care of and not rushed through appointments. Yeah, the staff can be a little rude, but so what? I’m not there to see them, and it has no effect on my care.
I don’t know when my sugar will drop and missed 2 appointments because of this. I have bad diabetes and you feel like a truck hit you. I went in today for an appointment and they wanted $100. I don’t have money to throw away, I’m on ssa. No understanding of what the patient goes through. They have no voicemail and the manager doesn’t return your calls.
The nurses are very kind and Dr Metchick was fine the one and only first visit with him. The office manager Cheryl and the PA Crystal are the reasons I’ll never go back. Cheryl is rude and treated me like a number rather than a human when i was in an desperate situation that the nurses were well informed about, turned me away for being late after i had called to confirm i was in traffic but on my way and arrived just within the 15min window to be seen.
