11 out of 10. I was nervous about getting a new roof and guttering, and had many questions, but Mel was always patient and answered everything thoroughly, even going through the contract with me in detail to make sure I felt comfortable going forward. I got detailed quotes. Communication with both Lee and Mel was efficient and regular. The team were friendly ( I enjoyed the singing! ) and the site was cleaned up at the end of the job. I highly recommend Lee and Mel Meehan.

Had our gutters replaced, part of our roof braced back up and a patio put in and can’t fault the team. Told us what they were doing, had a hick up with some poor weather, they came to check it all out and make sure it was okay in the meantime until they could come back out again. The work is great and they left the place in such a clean state. Very happy with the end result. Thanks LMR

Absolutely, would recommend Lee and Mel Meehan as building specialists who have completed a number of works for us (new roof/asbestos eave replacement). Their attention to building and detail is first class, very efficient administrative processes and very competitive value cost-wise.
