If I could leave a 0 I would. I used to use them in the past for our restaurant locally, and thought I'd give them another try because I like Bob and his family. I called them for an AC leak in our commercial kitchen, and they said they would send someone out. Noone showed up, no call, nothing. I called the afterhours and a gentlemen called me back apologizing for whoever scheduled the call. He told me he'd call me after his 8am meeting and should be able to get someone out the next day. We purchased new heat, AC, and a generator from Lee. The sales person assured us of their excellent 24/7 service, as a service oriented company. Called today to make a service appointment, and was told they no longer provide residential services. No communication of this in any way from Lee prior to our call. We are disgusted with their lack of professional service.

Think twice Purchasing agents, Material Mgmt. people, Decision makers. What will they forget to tell YOU? Truthful, Ethical, Dependable? You Decide. ABANDONED!!! Lee did Residential for Years. Without notice when you called for Heating Maintenance, you were told they No Longer do Residential. No Notice, No Warning, No Integrity. They kicked the loyal customers to the curb. April 2022 bought a new furnace/ac for $8,900 October 2023 bought a Generac/install for $14,000 Called today for service and found out they no longer service residential customers. Never sent their residential customers any notifications. Never provided any reference to another service company. If I had known that I would have never wasted my money on them. Thanks for nothing.
