CHRISTY JOHNSON was AMAZING! She was nice and her job knowledge was impeccable!! Christy saved me over $200 a month in home and car insurance with roadside! She was prompt with answering all of my questions. The most important thing is that she was extremely nice! I would totally recommend her!
Oh my, I appreciate Christy Johnson for working so diligently on getting us good coverage on automobiles and mortgage at a lower rate and it means so much for us now that the burden has lifted some on insurance. Allstate stopped sending out monthly statements for my auto policy. I get a statement for my motorcycle each month but not my cars. Called this ageny and was instructed to just send payments for my auto policy directly to the Lee Matthew's agency where they have currently lost or not posted my monthly payment three times now. Have had no problem with my motorcycle policy because Allstate sends me a statement. My auto policy payment sent to this agency would come up missing.
