I truly appreciate you guys taking responsibility and making the situation right. Not many companies do this these days. Attempted to contact office multiple times to pay off my balance, Lady at the front desk always had an excuse for not being able to take payment at the time. My $900 balance was sent off to collections now sitting at $1700 which I refuse to pay. He kept blaming my family member for her tooth hurting when she told him she felt him drilling. Incredibly unprofessional and improper bed side manners. She ended up crying from the pain, I’m very shocked to see positive reviews.
Best oral surgeon ever! I’ve had several procedures done by Dr. Lee and highly recommend him to everyone. He’s kind, compassionate and extremely professional.
Dr. Lee has been practicing oral surgery for so long that he anticipates literally every possible scenario regarding wisdom teeth removal and my questions. Extremely skilled and fast!
Be careful when scheduling an appointment with this office. I was told my oral surgery was covered under my insurance by the front desk person and in actuality the procedure was not covered. I was trying my hardest to work with the accounting person (Cristal), after being laid off my job due to Covid-19, she sent my remaining amount of only $120 to collections. I was almost done paying off the balance. No compassion was shown for my situation.
