Only giving them five stars because there aren't six! Best customer service ever! I installed their pump on my F350. A month and a half later it developed a leak. I sent an email asking for guidance and not even five minutes later I get a call. A couple questions later, I'm told they'll send a new pump out with a return label for the old on and I should have it by the end of the week, at no charge. Are you tired of ChatGPT type responses? We these folks are not AI, and when you ask a question no matter how inane they still give a professional courteous response. Then when you order online the process is easy, and everything makes sense. Then when you realize you have a couple more questions they're more than willing to answer those as well to include helping find a power steering fluid that will work at -40F.
