I scheduled an appointment online and arrived at the office, where I was asked to complete 10–15 pages of repetitive and unnecessary paperwork, which took 20–30 minutes. After submitting it, the receptionist requested a payment of about $600 before I even saw the doctor. I want to comment on the customer service I experienced when I came in. There is a young lady name Kassandra. She was PROFESSIONAL and had a warm welcome when my son and I came in. I must admit I came in with a bit of a attitude. Cassandra DID NOT match my energy. She continued to treat my son and I very PROFESSIONAL. She was very nice. I had to apologize to her on how I came off at her. She did not deserve that treatment. I want to applaud her for staying professional treating us with the utmost respect with a smile.
