I want to comment on the customer service I experienced when I came in. There is a young lady name Kassandra. She was PROFESSIONAL and had a warm welcome when my son and I came in. I must admit I came in with a bit of a attitude. Cassandra DID NOT match my energy. She continued to treat my son and I very PROFESSIONAL. She was very nice. I had to apologize to her on how I came off at her. She did not deserve that treatment. I want to applaud her for staying professional treating us with the utmost respect with a smile. An incredible doctor… Has taken care of my family for years.. Dr Mandel demonstrates exceptional expertise and remains at the forefront of his subspecialty.
Was seen by the P.A. I never saw Fr Mandell. I was looking for help for my sleep apnea. Although Dr. Mandell has a great reputation as a surgeon, my experience with his office was poor. Remote receptionists and you have to beg for a follow up appointment. No good!
