Lee Kunz has an excellent team to work with. We are a growing company and JJ was able to transition us from a 3000 sf unit to a 5500 sf unit.
Sharon and the team at Kunz have been great landlords for years. They are quick to respond to tenant needs. Leases terms and rates are very competitive for the hot Denver market. Highly recommend.
We rented office space from them for ten years. We were the type of tenant that rarely called them and paid our rent on time, every month. When it came to move out I asked them about what we needed to do to make sure we would get our security deposit back. They told me they were "gutting" the unit so we did not need to do anything.
