عمر أسلوبه وقح وما يحترم الزبون، ويضحك بدل ما يشرح المشكلة بشكل واضح. ما يورّيك القطع اللي فعلاً تحتاج تغيير، وماكو أي شفافية بالشغل. يحاول يقرر بدل ما يشرح ويثبت للزبون شنو لازم يتبدل، وهذا يخلي الواحد ما يثق بكلامه نهائيا
تجنب هذا الميكانيكي إذا تحترم فلوسك وتريد أحد يحترمك بشكل طبيعي. ودّيت سيارتي لعمر لأن كان بيها صوت قوي وحاد وقت السواقة. بدل ما يشخّص المشكلة بشكل صحيح، حسّيت الموضوع كله محاولة يرفع السعر عليّ ويبدّل قطع بدون داعي. بعد ما رفعوا السيارة على الرافعة، أنا كنت واقف بهدوء عند مدخل الورشة بين المكتب والكراج، وما كنت أزعج أحد. بنفس الوقت، بعض العمال كانوا واقفين قدّام سيارات مرفوعة ويأكلون ويحچون عادي، ومع هذا أنا اللي واقف ساكت صار كأنّي مشكلة! عمر إجى ولمس كتافي وقال لي “روح اجلس بالمكتب”. أنا بكل احترام قلت بس أريد أشرح الصوت ... read more
Omar was one of the most arrogant and disrespectful mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. The moment I asked simple questions about my own car, his attitude completely changed and he started talking down to me like I was clueless. Instead of explaining things professionally, he smirked, mocked me, and acted annoyed that a customer wanted transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend people avoid this shop unless they enjoy being overcharged and treated with disrespect.
Terrible customer service. Customer service alone is enough to never come back.
Avoid this mechanic if you value your money and want to be treated with basic respect. I brought my car to Omar because it was making a loud sharp noise while driving. Instead of actually diagnosing the issue properly, the entire experience felt like an attempt to upsell me as fast as possible. After the car was lifted onto the hoist by another worker, I was quietly standing near the entrance between the office and shop floor, completely out of anyone’s way.
