Dr. Lee declined a referral from my 93 year old mother's GP. It's for a serious condition that is starting to effect her mobility, which will put her in a home. She is currently very mobile and active. I've discovered many doctors discard complaints from the elderly due to age and at their end of life. As a caregiver, one must be persistent and advocate for the patient. We're now waiting on a second referral to another neurologist.

What a nice person. Dr. Julian Lee listened to all my concerns, didn’t rush anything, took me seriously, helped calm my fears and offered future treatment options. He was friendly, kind and funny. It was so nice to see a specialist who doesn’t gaslight or treat you poorly. Very grateful to have seen him. Excellent doctor!!!

I received a call from this clinic today and was told that I have an appointment that I was never aware of. The lady in the call was very rude. She claimed I confirmed the appointment back in September, but today was the first time that I received a phone call from them. Even if I did confirm the appointment in September, she should have called me at least a week prior to my appointment.
