First and subsequent visit impression is very positive. Dr Lee is knowledgeable and conducts a thorough and meticulous investigation for diagnosis. Interacts very professionally with the patient and fully adheres to medical ethics. Good communication skills and bedside manners. He has a pleasant demeanor and reassuring presence. Orange County Arthritis is awesome. The staff is super helpful and friendly but Dr. Elizabeth Branson is the best! She always listens to my questions and concerns and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
Terrible experience with the nurse practitioner Kristy Hotpottanasin . Please do better. Your bed side manner, attitude and tone was condescending. It is such a disappointment — we really liked Dr. Lee and the staff.
I really wanted to give them more than 2 star review as Dr Lee himself is great. Unfortunately, I've only seen him once since I transferred care from Dr Kornu who moved farther from me. They have issues with billing, I went in for my last visit, paid my copay and at check out they wanted me to pay an additional $500 stating it was for my deductible. They hadn't billed my insurance at that point and I had just had another Dr's visit a couple days prior and that Drs office hadn't billed for that visit yet. They refused to give... read more
