Lee was very helpful both in our search and finally the acquisition process our place in Lister. Being out of province, having Lee with his connections made the purchase process smooth. He sold my parents their place in Creston in 2019 and was a great help through that process with a last hour hiccup. Highly recommend Lee. The fantastic gift basket full of local delights he gave us on possession day was truly icing on the cake.
Lee stuck it out with us while our search went on for a couple of years. Purchasing when not in the same province can be a real challenge, but Lee made this very smooth and did a lot of the legwork for us, even being present for the sump pump out! He’s great to work with and surely “knows a guy” who can help with most anything! Would definitely use Lee again for any future real estate dealings!
