Been going here since I was a kid and have always had great experiences! The doctors and techs are always kind and knowledgeable and I've had everything done from normal cleaning, to cleanings with braces and retainers, x-rays, and a cavity filling, as well as recommendations for the best dental products to use.
Dr. Rauschenbach and her hygienists are always very professional but friendly. On my last visit, I'd been experiencing an odd sensation at the base of one tooth; Dr. Rauschenbach figured out what was causing it and fixed it the next day. It only took about an hour, and no more odd sensation! I feel very lucky to have such top-quality dental care.
First of all, they charged the insurance and a deductible we didn't have, it was 80 dollars no matter what when we are suppose to have a free dental cleaning twice a year, and was charged insurance twice. Said I had gum disease, went to another dentist for a second opinion and they said my gum are completely fine, they scam people thinking they have gum disease and they almost had my mom do this unauthorized surgery. Or laser. AND EVEN HAD THE TREATMENT FOR GUM DIEASE WHEN I DIDNT HAVE IT
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it’s always refreshing to see friendly faces and caring staff! You’re not just a set of teeth walking through the door, they feel like family!
