I signed up for a year's worth of service. When I had a problem with my blower on my HVAC unit, I was given a temporary blower and told another would be ordered. After two weeks, I called the office and they stated they had not ordered the part, nor did they have any record of it needing to be ordered.. I had to hire someone who was an independent contractor to complete the work. I subsequently called customer service 3-4 times for resolution and was never called back. Never again.
Excellent technician who was very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently
DO NOT USE LEE!!! They don't show up on time and give no reason why this is happening. Poor management and follow up skills. Use only if you have a full day to waste.
