We have been renting from this company for over two years and they have never sent a correct bill in that time. Now they have doubled the charges with no explanation. They blame the insurance co. and can't explain their charges on the invoice.
Don’t ever do business with this company. I wouldn’t post this if I truly didn’t mean it. Lucy, the owner, has no compassion and is so hostile with anyone she comes into contact with. As the owner of an HME business, you would think she’d show compassion to those with diseases and disabilities. It’s sad to see how heartless some people can be. There are plenty of other businesses you could try before this one, so that’s my suggestion to all.

Very professional. Always helpful and good communication with staff. Knowledgeable with wound care, pick line and progress made under the nurses care.
