Dr Rimmel is attentive and knowledgeable. He is highly regarded by his office staff. After years of hearing loss he recommended a BAHA device for my son and he can hear now. Highly recommend!!!
Can never get of hold of anyone on the phone. Delaying treatment due to communication issues.
Made us wait for over an hour to get checked in complete the forms. By that time we were past the appointment window and had to reschedule. I would NEVER take any of my children here, completely unprofessional.
