Has gone way down hill since the change with Lee Health in a number of ways. Very disappointed. Was once the best in the area.
I saw Jessica on 12/23 for an issue with my veins in my right foot which she ordered an ultrasound and which I had done on 12/29. I received the results from the Radiology facility two hours after my ultrasound was completed in which they recommended a DVT US. I called Lee Health Family Medicine asking for the provider I saw to order this US on 12/29 at 3:17. It is now Friday 1/2 and I still have not heard anything from this office. She has never called to go over the results of my ultrasound. I received no care plan on what... read more
I do not like this new system they have!!! I called to try and set up an appointment, got transferred around and they DID NOT have their stuff together AT ALL! I used to love Prime MD of Naples and Dr.Nye as my PCP now it’s Lee health or something and i couldn’t even talk to someone that knew what was even happening in the office! They were stuttering around! I even think they got mixed up about what I was needing the appointment for!! Pretty sure I got hung up on! Unfortunately I will be looking for a new PCP office :(
The doctor that we saw at Prime MD seemed like a good doctor to us. The issue is that there is complete non-response when you contact them. You can leave message after message, and you will simply not get a call back or any response. That really just doesn't work when it comes to medical care and so we've been forced to move on. I see that other people have complained about the same thing so it doesn't look like it's something that's going to change anytime soon.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nye for the exceptional care and professionalism consistently demonstrated throughout my visits. From the moment I entered the office, I felt respected, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Nye combines deep medical expertise with a compassionate approach that make a real difference in the patient experience. It rare to find a physician who balance clinical excellence with such a human touch. Kudos to the entire staff. Todd Northcutt
