To be completely honest, I don’t understand some of the negative reviews I’ve seen here. This has genuinely been one of the best hospital experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly attentive, patient, kind, and helpful. Stephen Vale, PA-C is one of the best providers I’ve ever seen! He is very thorough and walks you through every step of his thought process. He’s very honest with you and although a trip to the ER can be very scary, you can rest assured you’ll be in good hands with Stephen! The nurses I met were all extremely kind and caring as well!

Having to wait 30 minutes to enter the ER because lack of communication to see my spouse that was bought in by an ambulance that i followed there was infuriating. I have never heard of making someone wait to enter the ER to see a patient until they get “settled in” it was just infuriating. Never ever have I had that experience. I would be more understanding if some type of severe, critical & immediate measures for care were being taken. It was triage. I would like to give all the stars to Dr Chambers at Lee Coconut emergency. When I saw her, it was my third time to the ER for pain management. I told her that I had just had an appointment with my pain management doctor, not a Lee Health doctor. Dr Chambers did not like what she was seeing from the initial exam, no feeling below my knee, and no reflex.
