First, I went to urgent care. The doctor there told me they didn’t have anyone thereto work the ct scan. So she sent me to the ER right near by. I sat there for 3 hours and the waiting room was empty. I could be in my deathbed before I would ever go here again.
This is probably one of the worst ER that I have ever been to in my life. The healthcare in Florida is terrible. I’m from Indiana and I’m shocked at the lack of help the lack of organization the lack of compassion I’ve never seen anything like it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever been to going to an ER for a UTI. It’s an expectancy to wait 6 to 8 hours for each and every person.
I brought my partner here in the middle of the night because he was experiencing excruciating pain in buttocks and parts of his legs and was experiencing numbness in other parts of his legs. Over and over we told the doctor and nurses the symptoms he was experiencing and more importantly WHERE. Every single time they repeated back to us that “LOWER BACK pain is usually sciatica” even though he was not experiencing lower back pain. Second time having to take my children there and this was worse then the first time. I felt like I was in a bad dream. I rushed my 15 yr old daughter here having extreme chest pains and crying the pan was so bad. We ran inside and not 1 staff member did a thing. I asked if there’s anyone to come help her and was told to get on the back of the line to register her. Took my son here and he was triaged immediately and treatment started within 30 minutes. Staff is friendly, professional and great in explaining any questions we had.
