I brought my partner here in the middle of the night because he was experiencing excruciating pain in buttocks and parts of his legs and was experiencing numbness in other parts of his legs. Over and over we told the doctor and nurses the symptoms he was experiencing and more importantly WHERE. Second time having to take my children there and this was worse then the first time. I felt like I was in a bad dream. I rushed my 15 yr old daughter here having extreme chest pains and crying the pan was so bad. We ran inside and not 1 staff member did a thing. Took my son here and he was triaged immediately and treatment started within 30 minutes. Staff is friendly, professional and great in explaining any questions we had.
Do not go here!!!!!! They are an emergency room only, not a hospital. I did not know this and just wasted hours of my time with a doctor that did not take my concerns seriously. They weren’t an “emergency”. I have a prolactinoma; a brain tumor. I know my body and I know something is terribly wrong and am now having to uber to healthpark ER to try to get someone to help me bc she wouldn’t just transfer me. This is where you go to die. Can't breathe, too bad, gotta wait for a room. "That's our policy" is the last thing you will here before it's too late. Stay away. Nuff said.
