One of the most disorganized offices I have had to work with. They made the patient drive to Cleveland (from Akron) when they had an Akron location, for XRays. Then, when the XRAYS were available they wanted the patient to DRIVE TO CLEVELAND to sign a release (why didnt they have her do that while she was there considering that was the ONLY reason she was there in the first place???.) A wonderful man took great care of me here and he came up with a plan to help me with my Mouth and I was ready but a couple of days later I had to raise my grandbabys so that put a stop on me moving forward but I appreciate all what they have done I pray they are all still there❤❤
