Ms Raymond was a Beautiful young lady. She was kind and warm, her humble approach hid her technical expertise. I was able to set a budget I was restricted by and give her a general idea of what I was looking for. She took care of everything above and beyond expectations. My experience has been great with Lee service center. They keep me informed every visit and are fast at diagnosing issues and addressing them. Zoe has been very helpful with helping me understand what’s going through and service I have needed for my vehicle.
Scheduled service for my 2022 GMC 2500 AT4 (purchased at this location)for broke air conditioning, tailgate recall, and transmission issues. The dealership NEVER INITIATED ANY CALLS. I had to call to check on the status. Come to find out, my transmission was blown, and needed a new AC compressor. They had my truck for a week so the warranty company could verify issues.
