I had a terrible encounter with Dr. Lee on 98point6. This is a follow-up to another visit with a different doctor. Due to a miscommunication (for which both parties were to blame), I went through tremendous trouble to get a lab report which turned out to be unusable. I thus complained (about the miscommunication) during the follow-up visit with Dr. Lee, in a quite neutral, factual way. Dr. Lee then requested a video call and went on for a 3 min rant against me. Most caring doctor ever. Takes his time and listens to patients. His reception Paulene is extremely nice also. Any time I had to bring my kids with me there they both were kind and interacted with them and made me feel welcomed.

Love Dr Lee. Unfortunately will be changing doctors due to the receptionist. Never answers my calls but when I call from other numbers answers right away. I had an appointment scheduled today which I took off work for and she canceled on me this morning. It was for an emergency. I will not be returning.
