I cannot say enough about how wonderful Brittaney Branch the funeral director was to work with regarding my mother’s service. All of their staff are very courteous. Their receptionists, Aimee and Pastor Nathan Tucker. Everything well organized. I did not have to worry about any of the planning. Brittaney had all the answers. Really appreciate everything they did for my family. ❤️

To Whom It May Concern. I've had issue after issue after issue with Laurel Land Cemetery and the services provided over the last year. I purchased (Sharma) funeral services for my wife in February 2023, she passed away in March 2023 and in preparing for funeral service Laurel Land was forcing me to have the funeral service on a Monday rather than a Saturday. When I refused what was offered and wanted to move the body, I was then introduced to a director who wanted to work something out with me and offered more items for the ... read more

I would give them a zero, but that's not an option. We ordered and paid for a new marker for my wife's grandmother's grave six months ago and paid over $1700. It was guaranteed verbally to be in by July. Come July - only excuses. Then end of August - still only excuses. It's November, and the bonehead behind the counter tells us that the marker won't be ready until 2024. Find somewhere else!

I think the sections need to be visibly marked. Dead grass on the markers needs to be cleaned of after each mowing. Some stones are so covered you can hardly see it. I was very disappointed.

From the very first "Hello, my name is Anna, how may I help you" I felt taken care of. The sincerity and genuine care of the staff was such a blessing. We planned everything in a timely manner and I never felt pressured into any decisions. I felt Anna had our best interest and finances at the forefront throughout the entire process. I always felt that we were in good hands and that if I forgot something or didn't think of something they had my back. This was from the first phone call to our meeting, to the memorial serv... read more

Ryan C. Scharfencamp meet with us and was instrumental in helping us through a very difficult time. I would recommend Gearhart as they were very informative and professionally handled all aspects of our event. Their attention to detail made a very difficult time , tolerable . We appreciate their empathy, consideration and knowledge in all that they did for us.

Had an unveiling planned for my father 10/18/2020 for the last 18 months (was on delay due to Covid- 19_ Normally this ritual is performed within a year. All family members were at the grave site with our rabbi and the marker promised by ( Felica Kelley) was not installed. We also order a golf cart for our family (Ms. Felicia Kelley knew we needed one) sent one 30 minutes after the ceremony started and the woman stated she would come back with water and the cart - That never happened. Since we were limited to a small g... read more
