Dr. Starker was great!! I ended up in the emergency room because my appendix hurt only to find out. I had a tumor that perforated my appendix, causing my colon to swell up. I was very scared in the hospital. Dr. Starker would come by and talk to me before the surgery. The surgery went great. I recovered quickly no traces of cancer after testing.Thank god we have surgeons specialist, and doctors like Dr. Starker .He is A extremely smart human being
Was a first time patient took off work lost money in this economy!!! All for them to just tell me he had an emergency and i need to reschedule so i can loose more money by having to take off again. No apologies. Didn’t get a first good impression. Anyways wouldn’t recommend unless you have all the time of the world which many of us don’t.
Dr Starker and his staff are absolutely amazing. I was referred to his office by an OBGYN oncologist, clearly upset and nervous. He put me at ease right away and didn’t want me to worry. His staff set me up for an mri since my ct was denied and they were able to get me in within a few days. The results came back the same day as my mri and they called me asap and told me they did not want me to worry, that I’m ok. 1. Prescribed as needed anxiety medication without examining patient, told patient he was anxious and sent him on his way. Patient died 2 1/2 weeks later. 2. Lee Starker had a hissy fit when asked why he didn’t examine him and what happened. Said he wasn’t a mind reader, berated wife while husband was dying. Proceeded to call elderly in-laws and berate them. (Not the first time he did that). 3. Disregards patient’s concerns. Visited ED for the same thing 5-ish times.
