Wanted a quote for a construction project and they would only come if we paid for a service visit. All other plumbing companies came right out and provided free quotes. So, can’t say if they are good or not. But not helpful when needing quotes for a project. When the project may cost upwards of $17k, paying for a service visit seems ridiculous.

From Jessica, the young lady that answered my call, to the plumber, Kevin Rook who installed my hot water heater, I couldn't have been more pleased. Kevin was very knowledgeable and I had hot water before I knew it. I highly recommend Kevin and Lee F. Dickert Plumbing Inc., they have won us over as a future customer.
