If I could give zero stars I would. They wasted my time, low balled me, didn’t respect KBB, and made my car WORSE. I took my Kia to a KIA service center and had to pay $155 for a diagnostic that I could’ve gotten for free at any mechanic. They are rude, specifically Kayla, and aren’t helpful. In addition, they left my car in a location that wasn’t accessible and when I asked to get help getting it out, one person was kind (forgot her name I’m sorry) and gave the keys to the service center. These guys are incredible! They were able to mount and balance some aftermarket tires and rims for me in no time! Great people to deal with!
Mopar parts and premium quality customer service. Great people always have what I need in stock and always call back when they say they will. Always treated with respect here. I won't go anywhere else.
