The assistant/paralegal Shelly was very very unprofessional and rude. Every time I call for her they say she can’t be reached by phone and that she only likes communicating by email. Who’s in charge here?! Never in my 40 years of working with business professionals have I dealt with this, especially when you’re going through a difficult moment like settling your mother’s estate. She should really consider retiring…not to mention it took four phone calls for someone to answer…
Stay away! Well they keep you away! As a retired Bank officer dealing with many attorneys over my 30 year career I cannot communicate enough how unprofessional and unreliable this firm is! If googling go to the next page! I called 4 times before I could finally speak to someone that set up an appointment. Upon arrival we never made it past the front door.
