Let me tell you, the food is amazing. I got the shrimp jambalaya, and the presentation was nice. I wouldn’t say the staff make you feel like family, as many people say, but they are attentive to their customers. I wanted only one mac ’n’ cheese ball, but they only sell them in threes. I’m not sure if you can customize orders, which is why I didn’t give the service five stars. II ordered the Ho BoBag along with a side of crab legs. I waited almost an hour for my order, and when I received it, I checked the bag before leaving the parking lot. Luckily I did, because the crab legs were missing. I went back inside, and the waitress rudely claimed that I never ordered the crab legs. She had to go back and check the register, only to find out that I had, in fact, ordered and paid for them. I then had to wait an additional 25 minutes or so before receiving them. I went to Monday night bites down at Steve Owens Park in Lancaster and I ordered the fish and chips with a side of shrimp. The red snapper and shrimp were excellent and super fresh. My Mother was Creole, (May she rest in peace) and I know good Cajun food since I was a little girl and what I had was a 10/10 and then some. It was my first time eating there and I will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu for sure. Thank you
