The therapist was excellent at communicating, always checking in to make sure the pressure was just right and asking about my comfort level.
Perfect experience
This was a good massage, worked all the key areas and was perfectly content with my purchase. I came out to be asked for a tip, I gave one on the smaller side, because I didn't like being asked directly for a tip, it was very direct and I didn't appreciate it. As I was leaving, she pointed to the counter to reveal, in very small print, a slip of paper than said a minimum tip is 20%, and said I needed to tip more. That's borderline extortion and is not a good business practice.
