Trevor was the first to return my call after I called seven numbers around Tahoe for an electrician. He called 10 mins after I left a message. He stated he was booked solid for the coming weeks, but wanted to at least talk about my electrical issue and give some advice. Trevor spoke with me for 27 minutes about the issue, offering troublesooting steps, and suggesting various things that may be causing the issue. This shows genuine care about the customer.
