I had a very disappointing experience trying to book an appointment with my family doctor, Dr. Leung. I called this morning due to a serious leg injury that requires an MRI, but I was told that Dr. Leung only works extremely limited hours—just two hours per day, and seemingly only once a week. As a result, I now have to wait an entire week to see him, despite the urgency of my situation. Avoid this place, better off just going to a clinic or a hospital. Reception is barely ever available for a call to schedule or other. Their voicemail is permanently full so you can’t leave a message. Doctor doesn’t care, doesn’t even try to diagnose anything. Had an appointment to get a referral for an x-ray and they never faxed the requisition to central booking so couldn’t book the X-ray. Finally get through to someone, “oh whoops, we’ll fax it now”.
