Doctors are great but the staff there are not competent enough. They never answer the phone, they never follow up, they never call back. Horrible for a doctor office.

I had a very disappointing experience trying to book an appointment with my family doctor, Dr. Leung. I called this morning due to a serious leg injury that requires an MRI, but I was told that Dr. Leung only works extremely limited hours—just two hours per day, and seemingly only once a week. As a result, I now have to wait an entire week to see him, despite the urgency of my situation.
