Visiting from Australia, driving to Sequoia National Park, my now fiance and I came across some car trouble, which turned out to be quite serious, had we continued. Luckily for us this wonderful man and his wife came to our rescue on a Sunday when everyone else was closed, they opened up shop for us. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have a 2011 Chevy Cruz and noticed my brakes making noise. I took it a couple of places, where they tried to sell me parts I didn't need for hundreds of dollars. BEST SERVICE IN A LONG TIME!! Brian took his time to show me the problem, gave me a fair price and had it ready the next day. the experiance and attention to detail is second to none. Brian even washed my vehicle and pressure washed the engine compartment and under carriage. I definatley will be a return customer.
Brakes I spent several hundred dollars at 2 different Auto Shops only to have my 2002 Dodge Dakota fixed improperly(Brakes wore out under 8 months both times) and being told that the skidding/jumping during braking was being caused by the ABS braking system. Made an appointment to have my suspension inspected and even though my struts were fine, the personal attention given to my car at this shop made a big difference. Brian explained everything to me as he inspected my vehicle and made sure I was aware of everything and anything pertaining to the health of my car. The cost was much much less than any other shop I've been to which was a huge plus. This is a very honest business run by caring individuals. 100% recommend!
Getting automotive work done can be a little overwhelming, especially if your someone who doesn't know alot about mechanics. Brian the owner was absolutly great at walking me through what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and would could wait. He's an old fashion kind of buisnessman who cares more about his reputation and making the customer happy than money. My 2008 Saturn Astra requires a specific tool for the rear brakes...something I didn't know when I purchased the parts for my brother to put on. After a couple hours of frustration we contacted Brian who met us on his day off, was able to use the parts I had previously purchased and get me back on the road at a very reasonable price. He is a very honest mechanic that will definitely be doing the maintenance on my vehicles from this point on!
