I don't like doctors that are unreachable after the procedure. If his staff worked well, maybe I wouldn't need to reach him but 3 weeks after the procedure and I still don't have the final report. I called the office many, many times and most often you got the voicemail that they did not return. When I reached once, they were obnoxious but promised the result in mail; did they come? No way. I'll need another colonoscopy in a couple of years but will make sure not to return to this doctor.

I’m already on day 3 of making a appointment. I’ve call twice and left a message on their portal page. No one answers the phone when you want to schedule a colonoscopy nor does anyone call you back . It’s beyond frustrating!!! the customer service is terrible..Doctor Lee is great from my previous colonoscopy but I’m at the point I don’t know what to do about this.

If I could give them zero stars it would be preferable. The preparation for a colonscopy is intense no eating the entire day before and laxatives three times the day before which guarantee you'll be in the toilet all day...and that's fine because that's the way it had too be... But on the day of my procedure while I'm actually driving to the appointment they call up and cancel for something they knew the day before.... Very poor customer service!!!!

Dr. Lee himself is great. He’s very upfront and easy to talk to. I’d recommend him definitely. But the ladies at the scheduling department are terrible. It took me more then 2 weeks to get someone to answer the phone or call me back. When I finally went in for my appointment the folks working the phones are just sitting doing very little. 2-3 people waiting for appointments themselves.
