I have gone to Kittrell Animal Hospital for years with many animals and over time the staff there has become ruder and ruder. Any time I call up there with a question or try to come in over an issue with my pet(s), I’m met with horrible attitudes from the office staff. I have been pushed to make the decision to go elsewhere for care with my pets, as I don’t want to put them in a hostile environment for care.
My go to mobile vet referral was taken with a little hesitation, but we went with no other credible option. It was an absolute success. Reasonably priced, professional, quality service. Would highly recommend.
Alex was super nervous to go into a new vet office. Little did he know, he was going to get nothing but attention while we were there. Alex and I were pointed to this vet by Next Level Kennels. Thank you for loving my baby and making him feel safe.
I took my new puppy to KVH They went beyond expectations with the service I received. Everyone there from the receptionist to the vet were so caring. I was away around Christmas and my Shih Tzu became I’ll and gad to be put down. My family took him there. I was upset I couldn’t get to him and they sent me a print of his face and paw prints in the mail when I got home. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vet. Outstanding service
