We have a Lee Dan unit that was installed 20+ years ago, and the internal wiring finally corroded and stopped working due to exposure to the elements. The folks at Lee Dan spent ample time on the phone and over email with me to help diagnose what parts we might need and got them shipped out quickly. It was only $150 worth of parts and they probably didn't make any meaningful profit on this transaction given the amount of time they spent helping me. I bought a 4 buzzer intercom 4 years ago. Look at the condition of it now. Very disappointing. I expected to get at least 10 years out of the product. .
