Dr Ekert is an amazing orthopedic surgeon fixing my broken hip. He is very a understanding man with an amazing assistant Judith Would definitely recommend this team
After 2 years of waiting, I was finally able to see a surgeon. Judith is amazing (hense the 1 star), and everything leading up to the appointment was great. As he entered the room, he greeted me(from across the room, no hand shake), and we started our conversation. After 2 whole minutes it started....the mention of my weight began....well first it was him remarking on my height and telling me "I needed to grow me a bit" (in fun I believed) then the weight.......over and over and over again. I saw Dr. Lee Ekert for a follow up today about my knee and truly wish I had the pleasure of speaking to him since the beginning! He patiently went over the results of my mri, what it meant, why surgery isn’t necessarily the best option in this case, what to expect moving forward and what to continue doing to progress.
