No transparency! I called to ask what their schedule was to do a clutch adjustment or possibly replace a clutch cable on my 2014 HD SGS. When I brought it in the next day (at noonish on a Wed) and spoke to the mechanic Scott (I think that’s what his name is) I told him the same thing and I told him what the symptoms were, the clutch was not pulling in and can’t shift gears. Brought my motorcycle and my own new tires to Lee Custom Cycle to have them mounted and balanced. While replacing the tires, the shop identified a bad front wheel bearing and replaced it. Total bill came to $571.95 for the mounting, balancing, and the bearing work and tired disposal I think was included maybe not. Sharing image of the invoice for transparency so other local riders can see that shop labor rate of $150 / hr.
