We would like to give a big shout out to Katherine at the Pine Ridge location for helping us out getting a boat title and ownership transfer straightened out for us. She was very patient with us as we took over an hour to get everything worked out. She was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. This is the fourth time we have been to the DMV about this issue and each time the different staff we have dealt with have been helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Good work to all. P & D Martin

Eric was extremely helpful and informative. He made sure we understood everything we needed and treated us with genuine respect. This was the first time I’ve had such a positive experience at the DMV. Thank you for the excellent service. I’ve been to other DMV offices where the staff were rude and not helpful, but Eric was patient, professional, and truly made a difference in our experience today.
Jamie (who usually works downtown) and Alex were the MOST patient and helpful with me when I it came to getting my license reinstated. They didn’t have to have the patience they did with me and they worked with me to get everything resolved. Really greatly appreciate them both so much! Would highly recommend this place and their customer service! Thanks again Alex and Jamie!
