Had an appointment so the wait was minimal. Michelle was perfect and made this visit exceptionally easy.
Came in today for my appointment to switch my DL. From another state to FL drivers license. Was called less than 10 minutes after checking in. Michelle was super nice very helpful very informative. She’s great. She even took me even though I booked the appointment for something else. Thank you Michelle for doing your best and making sure I left with my DL in hand. Overall 10/10 she is great and had positive attitude which I love. Hope to get her for future appointments needed.
