I appreciate the convenience of this office offering walk-in services, but I think it would be beneficial for the office to reassess its procedures to reduce the lengthy wait times, currently 5 to 6 hours, for individuals renewing an expired driver's license. Additionally, the gentleman at the front desk did not allow me to completely ask my question when I started to speak he would cut me off as if he already knew what words where going to come out of my mouth. Muy bien ambiente y un espectacular trato
Made my appointment with the DMV/Tax Collector and didn't have to wait very long. The agent Shea was very cordial and efficient in processing my vehicle registration. Excellent job.
As far as the workers they are amazing one teller in particular Shae was very fast and extremely helpful and just a overall great experience my only grip is the wait time and I understand that's out of the workers control with the high volume of people
