Never in my 60 years have I come in contact with an ins company so absolutely difficult to work with. Extremely rude over the phone. They refused to cancel a policy for my 90 year old mother, who moved out of the state, even with evidence of a new insurance policy, and a written, signed, request. Simply ridiculous.

The Personal Touch...Life Before John....Life After John......... So Lee County Insurance has been my agent for a several years..... No Issues , no Concerns...Then along came HURRICANE IRMA, a catastrophe? yes! in my mind several people worse off than me ,....so i thought i was being considerate not reaching out to my agent , assuming he had a tremendous amount of clients calling, so i called directly to the carrier.....and so began a horrible frustrating experience......months went by ....i decided to pick up the phone and ... read more

Was able to save hundreds on my auto insurance and they explained coverages better than anyone else had previously. Friendly staff and no voicemail to deal with.
