If you are buying a home I would recommend you use somebody else. The quality of the inspection was appalling. In a small bungalow these are some of the big items they missed - clots of hair and plastic in the tub drain, flickering lights throughout the house, AC cold air duct not connected to the bedroom, at least two dead power outlets not noticed, gaps in windows, dishwasher broken…. I asked for the main inspector John to conduct my inspection but he did not show up, and instead I got two assistants who were obviously in... read more
