07/04/22-My EMS staff members were a little rude , unhelpful (unwilling to assit in transfer from bed to stretcher of 125lb patient), and stated they get to choose where patients receive medical attention from (to be clear I asked if other hospitals similar in distance from my home were on ER diversion and they were not) per EMT Jamie this is because Lee County only has a total of 3 ambulances.
