I would give LCEC no stars, but then I couldn't write a review. For the third time this year, I received a letter from LCEC threatening interruption of service for non-payment. The thing is, I DID send payment upon receipt of the bill in question. These letters seem timed to arrive on a Friday when the Customer Care Center is closed over the weekend.
