My vehicle was towed here after an accident. The tow truck driver recommended them. However, I found out that it is a kickback situation. She called me wanting me to endorse an almost $20,000 check before starting any work because she had bills to pay and had to pay IRS and couldn’t afford to order the parts. She then told me she owed Giddings Auto Credit $1500 for towing my car not even 5 miles. That’s the kickback…. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!
