They did a closing for us, told us that it will be $1400 fee, and after the closing, charged us $520 more to cover printing, postage, software fee, fax expenses. We never see any company will charge $520 for printing, postage, software fee, fax expenses. Eventually charged us $2169.60 to close a condo is a heavy fee. Not a happy customer here...
