I took my truck in the camera was not working. They fixed the camera. I took the truck home no issue. I went to put something in the bed and the tailgate will not open. I call at 8:04am they tell me well that’s to bad the first appointment to fix it is sept 4 I said no that’s not acceptable. Oh I will have someone call you. One of the best dealerships in Maine. Great service department, and a thoughtful, genuine, and friendly staff and an honest sales group. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Still feel the same way now in 2025. A great team who really understand their clients.
It cost me $185.00 just for them to tell me something was broken. I could see with eyes it was broken the Chrysler Corporation told me to bring car to the dealership. No refund what a big joke on me.Never again with Lee Dodge.
