I chose this dealership after my accident because the initial phone experience was excellent. The man I spoke with was efficient, clear about how insurance would work, and quick to respond to my questions. The repairs that were completed look great, and the truck itself turned out well. Unfortunately, the side mirror that was damaged in the accident was repeatedly overlooked. I just bought a new Pacifica at Lee and was very happy with the way I was treated by all the staff. They worked together well as a team, the process was smooth, and I was even contacted by my salesman, Ryan, several days after the purchase to make sure everything was as it should be. A positive experience overall and I love my new car!
